Governance
The International Zinc Association is committed to good governance and demonstrating transparency in its programming and finances. IZA is governed by a Board of Directors, which is composed of a representative from each of our full member companies. The Board of Directors votes on recommendations made by the Executive Committee, which is comprised of top level company executives. The Executive Committee receives guidance from several other committees established to deal with particular issue in the zinc industry, as illustrated below.
