This 1.5-day conference will take place in Koblenz, Germany. It will be organized by International Zinc Association and hosted by Initiative Zink. The conference will highlight the latest research, developments and innovations in zinc die casting alloys and process technologies, enhancing the functionality, design and performance of zinc die castings. As well, surprising end-use applications and new innovative market opportunities will be reviewed.
The conference will start with a welcome reception on Wednesday evening, October 5th. Sessions will take place on Thursday and Friday, October 6th and 7th. The conference will be held in English.
The International Zinc Die Casting Conference will be of interest to die casters, designers, specifiers, design engineers and representatives from end-use industries.

Note: Payments must be made prior to the conference. If fees are not received prior to the conference, delegates will be asked to guarantee payments at the registration desk with a personal credit card.

IZA has taken a room block at the Mercure Hotel, Koblenz at the discounted room rate of EUR xxx per room per night, including breakfast and taxes. Cut-off date to be confirmed The IZA room block is reserved for conference participants. Booking information will be provided at the end of the registration process.
Airports and Distances:
Frankfurt International Airport: 110km
By car it takes about 1hr15min to the Rhein-Mosel-Halle in Koblenz.
There are ICE (Intercity Express), RE (Regional Express) and S+IC (City links and Intercity) train connections from Frankfurt International Airport. Journey time is 1h15 on the highspeed ICE and 1h30 on RE and S+IC trains.
Note: Frankfurt International Airport has two train stations. While ICE trains depart from Frankfurt Airport – Fernbahnhof (long distance station); IC and RE trains depart from Frankfurt Airport – Regionalbahnhof (regional station). Regionalbahnhof is an underground station
Airport Cologne-Bonn: 100km
By car it takes about 1hr15min to the Rhein-Mosel-Halle in Koblenz.
Every hour there is a Regional Express (RE) train that goes directly from the airport to Koblenz Central Station (HBF). Journey time: approx. 1h30. There are several other train connections with one or two changes.
Airport Frankfurt Hahn: 80km
The airport is served by Ryanair, Wizz and a number of other airlines and charters.
There is an express bus from the airport to Koblenz several times per day. Journey time: approx. 1h40
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 15 September 2022. Registration fees will be refunded less a € 75 processing fee. Cancellations made after 15 September 2022, are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted.
Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
